Clearity Capital was founded based on the belief that investors deserve transparent, simple, understandable and low-cost investment management and financial planning.
It was formed by a merger of the Hersch Financial Group with assets managed by Louis DeCuir under the business name Investor Securities Group. This merger will be finalized in January 2021.
Investor Securities Group is presently a supervisory branch office for Clearity Capital.
Clearity Capital is a representative of Securities America, Inc. and Securities America Advisors, Inc.; and uses Pershing, LLC and National Financial Services, LLC as brokerage clearing firms.
