Louis DeCuir is the founder of Clearity Capital. He specializes in investment management, advisory services, comprehensive financial planning, and group retirement plans. He develops customized strategies to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals, and provides his clients conflict-free advice.
He founded Clearity Capital in order to offer his clients the flexibility and freedom of independent, non-proprietary investing and financial planning.
Prior to his career in financial services, he was an environmental engineer in the waste management field and held a state license as a Professional Engineer. He is a retired U.S. Naval Officer.
Louis holds the Chartered Retirement Plan SpecialistSM designation and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He also holds investment advisory, securities, and insurance licenses in numerous states.
